Are you looking for an amazing apartment in the Toronto Beaches close to downtown Toronto ?
This unit is in an absolutely exquisite just restored apartment. And it’s taken us since early November to get this new suite ready. We gutted the unit – top to bottom. Ripped down much of the previous lathe and plaster, completely gutted the kitchen and bathroom down to the studs, and hired a professional designer to help put the unit back together.
What makes this unit and building unique is the location. The building is at the corner of Kingston Rd and Fallingbrook on a street described by The Toronto Star as “One of the best streets to live on in Toronto”. You can visit the article here:
http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/article/658127
The building is in the beaches in the exclusive Fallingbrook community. The homes on Fallingbrook are extremely well maintained all with pride of ownership. Follow Fallingbrook south for about 500 meters and you will reach the water – look around and you will see some of the largest most exclusive homes in the City of Toronto .
Walk outside to one of the many coffee shops, movie theatres, book stores … it ranks at 78% on walkscore.com indicating it’s walking proximity to all major amenities including public transportation. This site describes the area as “Very Walkable”. You can visit the web site here:

And how about the building ? We’ve put a lot of money into the building and it shows really well. The building has a new roof, balconies, cement, gardens, tiles in all the hallways, fresh paint throughout the halls, custom painted pictures, and all updated surroundings. The building has been re-done from top to bottom.
The pride of ownership comes through in the care and maintenance of the property, management’s concern for the well-being and safety of its tenants and the commitment to reaching the potential that historic buildings have to offer in some of the trendy and hip neighbourhoods of Toronto.
