INTERIOR:

Ah. This is what separates this unit from the others you will find on the market. Completely restored in a heritage building. We’ve gutted this unit. Replaced the kitchen and bathroom entirely. The kitchen has granite counter tops, high end porcelain tiles, glass kitchen back splash, 3 stainless steel appliances, high end sink and taps, halogen pot lights, new soaker bathtub, cherry vanity with porcelain top, designer lighting in the bathroom, freshly sanded hardwood floors, and CAT5e data cable and CAT5e voice cable along all new electrical. We didn’t spare any dollars in renovating this unit. And it shows.

Note: This building has 21 units. This is only our second vacancy in the last 12 months. We get emails all the time looking for a vacant unit. This unit was restored for the building owner’s mother who was going to move in and had to cancel plans unexpectedly. We expect this unit to rent quickly.
