FALLINGBROOK has undergone some recent changes including new charcoal striped 18 x 24″ porcelain tiles replace the 80 year old poured cement entranceways. A fresh blue/grey paint on the walls contrast beautifully with the dark ‘Obsedian’ brown trim, stairs and banisters and new lighting and original art completed this project. A new roof was a tedious but beneficial investment this summer. With it came brand new covered balconies, new cedar canopies over the front entranceways and of course a fresh coat of paint on the historic pillars that frame the front doors. The next step is to finish off the refurbishing of the exterior with new driveways, walkways, front steps and landscaping. We look forward to finishing this facelift!!

BENLAMOND is a beautiful historic building with much of its character preserved, however the luxuries of today have been incorporated to make it the perfect home for those who appreciate the finer things in life. Natural materials like wood and stone are used throughout. This is our newest aquisition and we look forward to adding and renovating as the opportunities or needs arise. Plans for new back balconies and a new roof will be the first changes come Spring 2010.
