Yes, that’s right. We’re re-doing the roof on 45B Benlamond. It’s long overdue.

That’s one of our first agenda items.

What’s next after the roof and what can you expect ?

This summer we will be:
– re-doing the roof
– building new balconies
– fixing the cement at the west side of the building
