It’s was a very busy summer at all 3 buildings.
166 Queens Drive needed the most work. We painted the entire interior of the building, put up molding throughout, cleaned the interior and exterior, added some beautiful new lighting to the interior hallways, added uni-stone to the exterior, added an 11th parking spot, and fixed the flagstone on the front porch. It’s a building the tenants will be proud to call home.
1165 Kingston Rd was already in good shape, so this summer we spent time making the building look even better by replacing the last of the awnings on the south entrance, fixed up the gardens and grass (they look amazing), and replaced the very old and tired garbage shed. The building is in fantastic shape.
Benlamond was also in excellent shape not in need of much work, but, we stripped down and painted all of the old trim under the roof siding.
We’re in good shape for the winter to come and look forward to more improvements in the coming year.
