1165 Kingston Rd is finally starting to take shape. We’re nearing the end of Summer 2010 and we’ve now finished the concrete work around both Kingston Rd and Benlamond, and it looks fantastic. What a difference a little TLC can make on a home or building. We have received MANY compliments from the tenants of both buildings who of course appreciate that we’re making their homes look amazing.
We’re almost finished the balconies at Benlamond, and we will be starting and completing the landscaping at Kingtson Rd / Fallingbrook in September. A little more art work in both buildings which should happen this fall, and, we will be nearing completion of the renovations. Stay tuned !
