My vision for boutique apartments is to make our buildings a comfortable place to call home. The intent is to differentiate ourselves in the market by offering an affordable, stylish, living environment coupled with an amazing level of service and an attention to detail not typically found in most apartment buildings.

We’re just getting started. We’re in the middle of retrofitting our first building at 1165 Kingston Rd, and doing the same at 45 Benlamond. I’ve always got my eye open for tired mid sized buildings in the great neighborhoods of
Toronto. Give us 2 years to trandform the building, and voilà, you have Boutique Apartments. Stylish, different, clean , with an attention to detail.
